Health and hygiene inspections and consultancy in accordance with the Law on Communicable Diseases and provision of professional help to the customer when performing internal controls based on the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point) and collection of samples for laboratory testing for wholesomeness of foodstuff, products and substances that come in contact with foodstuff in terms of:

  • Provision of expert advice – verification of the HACCP system:
    • examination of requirements of the HACCP documentation in view of actual work procedures with a report,
    • examination of hygiene standards of the building, work procedures, process documentation, proposal of corrective measures, verification of procedures with the collection of samples, opinion.
  • Provision of expert advice – verification of the HACCP system.
  • Provision of expert advice – HACCP documentation upgrading.
  • Sampling – collection of samples:
    • collection of samples without issuing an opinion,
    • issuing of an opinion about the results of laboratory testing.
  • Additional individual consultancy.
  • Training of employees about foodstuff hygiene and the HACCP system:
    • employee training – a program fully tailored to the needs of the customer (with regard to content and timing),
    • training of executives – a program fully tailored to the needs of the customer (with regard to content and timing),
    • expert inspections of movable and immovable property with regard to health and hygiene suitability and preparation of an opinion.
